+ $200 for rush photography and editing service with a 24-48 hour turnaround
+ $80 for each additional bedroom/bathroom or large area (Barns ponds and outbuildings, additional requests(your cat, dog or pony) , etc.)
+ Travel 10 miles within Durango is included, travel times are at $50 per hour outside durango, unless you are in Paris france etc, then we can NEGOTIATE!
